I have a feeling the nba has been greater than 23% black

The argument for Intel not promoting science/tech women are there are less of them. Well, with elite athletes in the and nfl, you’d think you’d have the reverse effect. Since those sports are dominated by minorities, leadership positions would tend to be dominated by minorities. We don’t see that. So there is a gap between talent and opportunities.

I was listening to an interview with Cory Booker and he was saying when he got to the Senate, it was really white. Not just Senators, but staffers too. He said he and Brian Schatz worked with Chuck Schumer on essentially the Rooney Rule for Dem staffing positions and he has seen a noticeable impact in the Senate staff. We need to make sure women and minorities are given an opportunity. We have failed in that regard for a long time.
